All American Sun Oven Performing in the Winter & Snow

Have you ever wondered if a sun oven would work in the winter? When it was cold outside with snow on the ground?
I've seen a lot of prepping videos where the sun oven owner will show the sun oven working great during the summer, but I don't think I've ever seen video proof of a sun oven working in the winter.
So I tested it out: on a bright sunny winter day (but still cold outside) I got the oven out and cooked a loaf of SHTF bread in the oven.
The oven reached over 300 degrees Fahrenheit while cooking; and it cooked the bread up just perfect.
